Simple Lip Balm offers free domestic shipping on purchased over $25. Currently, we only ship within the United States. We use USPS for standard shipping and UPS for expedited shipping.

Please note we only ship Monday through Friday during business hours. Any orders placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange for another product if returned within 30 days. Please see our returns policy for details on how to process.
We can only accept Simple Lip Balm products directly purchased through simplelipbalm.com, and can't accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.
Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock, we'll notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time, and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
When you place an order with Simple Lip Balm, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order, please email email@example.com with your order number in the subject of your email.
Canceling an Order
To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders immediately when purchased on simplelipbalm.com. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without the shipping costs and taxes, which are non-refundable.
Note: The product must be at least ⅔ full.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center.
We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange is processed. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.
If your credit card has expired before your return request, we may offer a Simple Lip Balm credit instead.
